You are welcome to return yarn that doesn’t work for you within 10 days of the purchase. You will be credited for the dollar amount of the yarn, but not the shipping. The yarn needs to be in full hanks and you must use a shipping method that has tracking. Please email email@example.com to let us know you want to return.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are based on the price of the item.
